It had a marine survey done in the beginning of september and was rated as Above Average Condition. and they placed an fair market value on the boat of 165,000 dollars and a replacement cost of around 503,000 The overall length of the boat is 43'9", beam is 14'1" the draft is 3'3", displacement is 23,577 lbs. It is powered by twin Mercruiser 502 gas v-8 engines. It has a 286 gallon fuel capacity, and a 100 gallon fresh water tank. There is currently 580 hours on the engines. The boat also is equipped with Borg Warner Velvet Drive transmissions, a Kohler generator with 616 hours on it. There are two staterooms, on foreword and one aft, each stateroom has its own head with shower and vacu-flush toilet. The steering is hydraulic manufactured by teleflex. The Galley has a three burner range with oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The main salon has LCD TV with DVD player and Sony Audio Receiver and 5 disc cd changer which was all new in 2009. The yacht was built in 1968 by Pacemaker of traditional carvel plank construction. The hull planking is 1-1/8 inch mahogany. The frames are 2-5/8 inch by 1-5/8 inch oak on the flat spaced 10 inches. The decks and superstructure are conventionally built up of plywood and mahogany. Plywood bulkheads and longitudinal fir stringers have been used for hull stiffening. Her design is that of a round bilge,twin screw, flush deck motor vessel with a clipper sterm, a transom stern, a trunk cabin forward, a pilothouse saloon amidships and a flush covered saloon deck aft.
